Global Urban Services, a company incorporated under MSME, is operating the website www.globalurbanservices.com. This page states the terms of use (“Terms of Use” / “Terms”) under which you (“You” / “Your”) may use globalurbanservices.com, an on-line service to post and search.

These Terms of Use include the globalurbanservices.com Privacy Statement which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using globalurbanservices.com, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the globalurbanservices.com Privacy Statement.

In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions under the Terms of Use and the globalurbanservices.com Privacy Statement, the provisions under the Terms of Use will prevail.

1)  Confirm your requirement by paying a non-refundable registration fees of Rs.999. Then  we will take 3-7 days to arrange and shortlist the helper as per your requirements

2)  Then we will share the profile of shortlisted helper with you or we can arrange a online meeting or by phone call or send helper to your address for interview to complete the selection process. We can provide maximum 3 profile for selection. During interview, sharing contact details with the candidates will mean you have selected her.

 

Our Charges

     

For full day/ part time- client payroll

One Time Rs 8000 rupees

4 months replacement contract up to 3

For 24 hours- office payroll

Rs 13000/month

Unlimited replacement contract

         

3)    In case of  part time and full day service you need to pay us onetime non-refundable consultancy fees i.e. ‘Rs 7000 rupees on the day of house helper join to your house and we will provide 4 months of replacement contract with maximum 3 replacement. If for any reason you wish to cancel the contract no refund will be made because Our consultancy charges is non refundable

4)    In case of 24 hours service you need to pay Rs 12000 rupees for one month service in advance on the day of house helper join to your house and after completed of one month if you need our service then again you need to pay again for renew our service and vice versa.   

5)    Usually the time taken for the replacement is 7 days but it may vary depending on the availability and you should let us know before 10 days of house helper leaving from your house permanently if need any replacement

6)    Prior to the placement of the house helper, the client has to give us the ‘proper job description’ of    the type of work the house helper needs to do and the salary offered. The client cannot make the house helper to do anything outside the job description nor reduce the salary of the house helper. If the house helper leaves because the client asked her to do anything outside the job description or due to reduction of salary then GLOBAL URBAN SERVICES will not replace the house helper again  

7)    In case you do not like the house helper kindly give a notice period of 10 days before you release the maid so that we can find a better quality house helper for you. The house helper which has been sent for replacement cannot be offered less salary than the first house helper. Also the job description or work required to do by the house helper cannot be changed by the client. In case you wish to release the house helper or the house helper leaves the job and you wish to take a replacement, you need to clear the salary of previous house helper. In case the salary of the previous house helper is not cleared, we will not be sending a replacement

8)    In case the house helper is absent because of unwell/family emergency, no replacement will be given if the house helper promises to join back as soon she is healthy/fit for work. In case the house helper does not join back within 7 days, you can ask us for replacement. Leaves to be allowed 2 days per month (Paid leave)

9)    We do the POLICE VERIFICATION of the house helper. This ensures that the house helper is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or criminal), Global Urban Services would not be responsible for the same

10)    Since the salary expectation of maid keep changing it might not be possible to find a house helper in the same salary as your previous house helper in case of replacement. You should revise your salary budget according to on-going market rate. However we will try it level best to try and find a new house helper in same salary

11)    If the house helper asks for goods and her salary in advance, it is entirely the client decision to give her an advance salary. In case the house helper leaves and you have paid excess salary to her, Global Urban Services will not be responsible to retrieve/refund the same in case of full/part time maid

12)    If the invoices are settled and due to any reason the house helper resigns then free three replacement will be provided as mentioned above. In case of an unlikely event if we not able to give you a replacement within 10 days and you want to cancel the contract, a credit note will be issued of the entire amount that you paid to us which you can use for any Global Urban Services service in the future.

13)  The client will check the bags, purse or any other thing that the house helper is carrying before the house helper enters the home and before the house helper leaves the home. In case of wrong behavior or any type of theft, the client has the right to take appropriate action against her after consulting Global Urban Services. However Global Urban Services is not responsible for any wrong behavior and theft by the house helper

14)  The client agrees that the maid will not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically. Also the client cannot increase the work or reduce the salary of the maid other than what was discussed during the interview. If the house helper leaves due to any such reason, Global Urban Services will not replace the house helper again

15)  Our job is only to bring together the candidates and the employer and facilitate the hiring process. We will have no further liability whatever after the recruitment take place. Once the candidate joins, the client shall be the employer of the house helper. You take full ownership and responsibility of the employee in all respect after the hiring 

16)  All solicitation are subjected to Odisha Jurisdiction only

When you hire a house helper or any other candidate from Global Urban Services, it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document

When you submit the form for hiring a house helper introduced by us, it is understood that you have read the terms and conditions and you agree to it.
